The Infinity Deluxe Base is an adjustable bed, one of the six foundations listed by Dormeo Octaspring of North America. The other Dormeo foundations are three divans and a flat foundation. Infinity Deluxe has more features and a higher lifting capacity than the other adjustable foundation, the Infinity Base, and is compatible with all Dormeo mattresses.
The Dormeo Infinity Deluxe Base has a 700-lb. lifting capacity, 100 lbs. more than the other model. Considering the weights of the heaviest Dormeo mattress models, this makes it suitable for a couples with a combined weight of less than 600 lbs. on a Queen size bed (575 on a King and 615 on a Full), obviously meaning it is fine for most people.
Features Infinity Deluxe shares with Infinity are Wall-Saver, articulation of both head and foot (separately and together), can be put into a standard bed frame, variable leg heights, furniture-grade upholstery, and an emergency backup battery. To these features the Deluxe model adds a wireless remote, a dual massage, and an LED night light under the bed.
The wireless remote for the Infinity Deluxe Base has more buttons than the wired handset used with the Infinity Base. These are accounted for by the dual massage, with controls for speed, intensity, time and mode. As with almost all adjustable bed massages, this is a vibration massage which can operate as a wave or by pulses. A dual massage can select for upper, lower or full body.
The night light on the Infinity Deluxe is a safety and convenience feature, facilitating navigation to and from the bed in the dark.
The Infinity Deluxe Base comes with Dormeo's 1-3-25 warranty, longer than the warranty on the Infinity Base. This longer warranty reflects, in part, the higher lifting capacity of the Deluxe.
