Also, typically speaking the ultra plush models will be somewhat more expensive, due to more foams, and advancements in technology used to produce the beds. Again, King Koil falls into the typical category. Whit is not typical about King Koil is 6 different Consumers Digest Best Buy awards over the years. Lets look at the ultra plush King Koil beds. Like most ultra plush beds, the King Koil models use multiple layers of foams near the surface, including memory foam and latex foam, to reach a very soft initial feel and ultra plush overall feel. Antimicrobial materials are used ion the cover of the bed and the perimeter of the base spring network is surrounded by foam. Although it appears as if some of these features are nice, but don’t tie into the other features, it seems that all of the features actually work together to give you a product which value is more than the sum of its parts. The King Koil ultra plush models are reasonably priced considering the advancements and materials used to make each bed. At a typical retail price you should find models starting in the $500 - $800 range. These prices are still a value in our book. |
