| From the SlumberTime collection by Simmons Kids, the plush mattresses feature all of the same materials you see in their firm counterparts. The “RightHeight” feature returns, allowing you a choice in the form of 8 or 11 inch thickness. There is a pillowtop variant of the plush mattress, which is a lower profile RightHeight model at 9 inches thick. The plush version of the SlumberTime mattresses will still have the FoamEncasement system for improved edge support. The plush models will use a softer foam at the surface, and convoluted foams as well. The Bonnel coil system will be the support network on all plush SlumberTime models. Transitioning your kids from a crib to a “big boy” or “big girl” bed is a huge step. Children find this time to be challenging enough, so comfort is something that is very important. After all, they are losing the security of the crib that they have become accustomed to. The SlumberTime beds give your kids a plush surface, and the soft feel may be just enough to encourage them to sleep on their own. The SlumberTime beds come with Simmons Kids 3 year warranty. The warranty is not long by any standard, but will give you peace of mind when shopping. An important recommendation with any kids bed would be a waterproof mattress pad. If your child has an accident, it could void your warranty of your option to return the bed under the sleep trial period. The sleep trial will vary depending on where you buy the bed, but most or all dealers will not accept a return unless it is like-new. |
