The new highlight of the Tempur-Pedic collection of beds and mattresses is the TEMPUR-Cloud. The TEMPUR-Cloud is an entry level model with the advanced TEMPUR-ES foam at the top of the mattress. The TEMPUR-Cloud is designed to be a softer version of the Tempur-Pedic bed, yet still be an affordable item for use in every room of your house. The TEMPUR-Cloud is available in virtually every common size used in the United States, except a split-queen and a short queen (both of which are rarely seen). The price for a queen size set, including your choice of a high profile or low profile foundation is about $2,000.00 for a queen size. By comparison, a Tempur-Pedic RhapsodyBed, their most popular model, is about $3,200.00 in the same configuration.

The TEMPUR-Cloud is manufactured using about 1.2 inches of Tempur-Pedic’s new Tempur-ES foam, which is approximately a 4.1lb density foam. This layer rests atop a 1.6 inch layer of traditional Tempur-Foam, in the standard 5.3lb density. The Tempur-Foam and Tempur-ES ensemble is then placed over a single layer of channeled base foam, which is intended to promote air circulation and help you sleep cooler. The cover is a water-resistant, stretchable plush cover with hidden handles and a non-skid bottom.

Tempur-Pedic provides a wonderful 20 year warranty, which may not be the best in the industry, but certainly offers peace of mind when shopping for a $2,000 bed. The 90 night sleep trial is also not the longest, but gives ample opportunity for your body to acclimate to the new mattress and know if you are going to have any adverse effects from switching to this bed.
