| The Progeny series of beds from Nature’s Rest features a latex core, Joma wool cover, and the Body Curve topper system to create a unique bed. The Body Curve system is an interlocking foam design, using two different grades of latex foam which utilize a staggered pattern to provide more support where needed and more comfort where possible. This topper is arranged over a latex support core for a natural alternative to steel springs or man-made foams. The Firm examples of the Progeny series of beds from Nature’s rest should have a slightly softer initial feel thanks to the Body Curve topper design. The overall firm feel is supplied thanks to the firm latex core. The quilted cover uses a type of wool called Joma wool, which is a New Zealand brand of wool and is handled with a highly controlled process. The Joma wool is cleaned thoroughly to reduce the likelihood of allergic reactions. As you nay know if you have worn a wool sweated, the cover should maintain a dry feel at night thanks to its capability to absorb moisture without feeling damp. With the use of a pure latex core, you might expect the Progeny line of beds from Nature’s Rest to be somewhat expensive. The Firm Progeny beds will likely start around $2300.00 including the foundation. This will include a 20 year warranty on the bed. The sleep trial may vary from dealer to dealer. For a bed with a natural latex core, zoned support, and a designer wool cover, we consider this to be a reasonable price. |
