Christeli has three adjustable bed models, Ergomatic 1000, Ergomatic 4000 and Ergomatic 5000. The Ergomatic 1000 is the simplest and least expensive of these three models.
Features of the Christeli Ergomatic 1000 are simple setup, heavy duty construction, wall-saving feature, interchangeable accessories, bedroom integration, virtually unlimited adjustable positions, wired remote control, and state-of-the-art electronics.
Christeli claims the construction of the Ergomatic 1000 is heavy duty. To begin with, the metal components are powder-coated. This process coats the metal with a powdered polymer which melts when the part is heated and cools to a hard, smooth finish. Typically, this offers better protection against rust than liquid paints.
The sturdy base has four legs and long rails. The long rails prevent drooping of the foot of the bed, while the legs provide support. Interchangeable legs with variable height adjustments allow the user to match the height of a luxury bed frame.
The Ergomatic 1000 can fit into standard bed frames. Headboards can be attached.
The user of the Ergomatic 1000 can take advantage of a virtually unlimited number of head and foot positions. The head can be elevated to 65° for reading, using a laptop or tablet, watching TV or just visiting. Within this range, there are positions which make it easier to breathe and to relax, make the user more comfortable.
Christeli's Ergomatic 1000 has a wall-saving feature. This keeps the head of the adjustable bed even with the nightstand.
The remote for the Ergomatic 1000 is wired. While the wire may be in the way at times, it has the advantage of not being misplaced, such as in another room. The keys are backit to make it easier to use in the dark or in dim light. It has a button to return the bed to the flat position.
The Ergomatic 1000 is compatible with all Christeli memory foam mattresses. It is also compatible with many mattresses from other manufacturers.
