The Premier Series is the newest series of Leggett & Plattadjustable bases. It has two models so far, the P-132 and the P-232. Leggett & Platt calls its technology "state-of-the-art." This includes LP Sense occupancy sensing and the newest version of LP Connect for controlling bedroom settings by the control tablet with touch screen.
The control module is a 7" tablet. Through LP Connect, its touchscreen lets the user control various functions in the bedroom, such as lighting, temperature, and air flow, as well as adjusting the bed. The user who already has an Apple or Android tablet can get a Premier Series app.
Like prior L&P adjustable beds, the user can adjust the positions, under-the-bed lighting, and the full-body massage. The range of available positions makes these beds suitable for reading, using a laptop or notepad, watching TV, just visiting, or (of course) sleeping. Among the postions features is Pillow Tilt for adjusting the position of the pillow for optimized head and neck support. The control also features timers, such as for sleep, naps, or when to do a task.
Two key features of the P-132 introduced in earlier Leggett & Platt models are Wallhugger and Under-bed Lighting. The adjustable base is geared so that as the upper body is lifted, it glides back to keep its relative position from the head of the foundation. This keeps the user within reach of whatever is on the nightstand, including the remote control. The dimmable Under-bed Lighting serves as a night light for when the sleeper gets out of bed during the night.
The LP Sense in the Leggett & PlattPremier SeriesP-132 adjustable base senses when the user gets into or out of bed. It can be programmed to control the Under-bed Lighting or room lights, or even sound an alarm. There is also a child lockout for safety.

The motors for the P-132 have a capacity of 700 lbs. On a split foundation, this capacity is for each side. The dual massage has wave and pulse cycles.
The Premier Series models, including the P-132, carry a 1-3-25 Limited Warranty. There is full coverage the first year, limited coverage for years 2 & 3, and more limited coverage for years 4-25. Like other Leggett & Platt adjustable bases, the P-132 is sold in furniture and bedding stores, and it is expected to also be carried by some mattress manufacturers in the future.
We bought 2 adjustable beds P-132 in August 2014
So far they had to change the tablet controllers
They change both junction boxes under my bed and it is not working again!
We love the mattresses but the adjustable bases are a nightmare!
