Reverie 8Q Adjustable Foundation

Reverie's newest adjustable bed is the 8Q Adjustable Foundation. It can be purchased with a mattress in the Reverie Dream Supreme Sleep System. According to a bedding industry news writer, the 8Q has "all the bells and whistles."[1] Even so, it compares favorably in price with the top models of other manufacturers.

The frame of the Reverie 8Q Adjustable Foundation is made of steel and has 3-in-1 adjustable legs and four retainer bars in the corners. It comes with headboard brackets, and fits within most standard bed frames.

Equipped with a head tilt feature, the Reverie 8Q has a virtually unlimited number of positions within its range. In split-base sizes (available for Queen and up), each side can be controlled separately.

The positions are controlled by the wireless handset, which has two preset positions, Zero Gravity and Anti-Snore. There are also two programmable positions; if you like a position, you can save it. Not only the wireless handset controls the 8Q Adjustable Foundation. A Bluetooth module (Bluetooth Smart) lets you control the adjustable bed with your mobile device. The Bluetooth app is available for downloading online. Through control of outlets, the remote can also turn bedroom lights and radios on and off.

The user controls not only positions, but also the massage, which Reverie calls "ultra quiet." It has 10 intensity levels with choices of full body, head only and foot only. A timer/alarm can turn the massage on at a selected time. Like the positions, the massage on each side can be controlled individually in split-base sizes. A feedback lets the user know what the intensity level is.

A stand for holding the remote control also has a USB port and two AC outlets. Another feature is the under-the-bed noght light, also remote controlled.

The Reverie 8Q carries a 20-year limited warranty.
