Motion Trend is an adjustable bed from South Bay International, better known as Sleep Science. This adjustable base is sold through Costco and Electropedic.
The Motion Trend/Sleep Science adjustable base is advertised as fitting into most existing bed frames, with and without headboards and/or footboards. It is 16" high with legs and without mattress. The 5" legs are removable. Only three sizes are available through Costco: Twin XL, Queen and Split King.
The Motion Trend (Sleep Science) adjustable bed is powered by a "Super quiet motor and operating system." It has a power-down system for lowering the bed during a power outage, so the user is not stuck with trying to get out of an elevated bed. Neither weight capacity nor maximum elevations were listed in product descriptions by either Costco or Electropedic. Both the electronics and the mechanisms are UL tested.
The Motion Trend has a massage. It can be activated for the upper body, the lower body, or both. There are three intensity levels. It is controlled by the wireless remote.
The wireless remote control has backlit keys. There are three pre-programmed positions: Zero-G, Reading, and Flat. The head and foot can be raised or lowered to other positions.
The manufacturer's warranty for the Sleep Science adjustable bed begins with in-home service coverage for 1 year. Years 2 through 5 defective parts are replace for free. However, the owner pays shipping and installation. The mechanism bears a limited lifetime warranty.

Everything is perfect, except we didn't receive any Operational Manual or Warranty Information with our bed, even after Contacting Costco , who then contacted Sleep Science MFG.
