The Activa is the entry level
adjustable bed model by level
Customatic Adjustable Bedz. It is sold by
Mantua Manufacturing as the
Rize Elevation Adjustable Power Base, which in turn is sold by
Bragada as well as several retailers.
With a standard frame design,
The Activa adjusts positions for both the upper and the lower body. The frame has steel legs to provide balanced support while keeping the bed base off the floor. Casters make it easy to move the bed, but lock to keep it in the desired location. It is compatible with most mattresses.

The Activa is controlled by a hard-wired remote with 3 pairs of buttons. The remote is contoured for easy holding and use. The key pads are

The Activa, and it has received ETL certification.
