The Lounger

The Lounger is one of thirteen adjustable beds made by Customatic and one of four provided to Mantua Manufacturing Company as the Rize Relaxer. The other three are Sectional-5 (Rize Contemporary), The Activa (Rize Elevation), and Nova (Rize Revolution).

The Lounger has several features. Some of these are: Wall-Glide Design, therapeutic Dual Body Massage, wireless remote, Gravity Release safety feature, and adjustable headboard brackets. An optional feature is Room Glow, an under-the-bed night light. It is powered by two 6,000-Newton Whisper Quiet motors. In Queen size it has a 475-lb. lifting capacity.
The Wall-Glide Design slides the bed back as the head is raised. This keeps the user within reach of the nightstand.

The Dual Body Massage has two zones—upper body and lower body. It also has several styles, and is controlled by the wireless remote. This massage has a 15-minute timer.

The wireless remote control with backlit key pads has 3 preset memory positions and an auto-flat key. The key pads are Sof-Touch, meaning they respond with little pressure. It is easy to raise and lower the head and feet with a virtually unlimited number of positions within the range.

The optional Room Glow is a safety feature for those who get up in the night. A standard safety feature is the Gravity Release. The weight of the bed and sleeper(s) is used to lower the base to the flat position. It can be lowered even if the power is out.

The frame of The Lounger stands on steel legs, positioned for support and stability. The rolling casters are locking, to make it easy to move the bed then keep in place.

This adjustable power base comes with a 20-year limited 1-3-20 warranty.
