We have had our Serta Northstar mattress for over 19 years. We have used it all this time, and it still gives us the same level of support. It is very firm, with thin padding, so as a side sleeper I add a pillow for my lumbar.

Mattress Comfort: 
Very firm, too firm for a side sleeper. But it holds up, just needs additional padding.
Mattress Durability:
Extremely durable. Must be the continuous coils. We flip it every year.
Mattress Support:Firm. Total support with no sagging.
Mattress Features and Benefits as Advertised:Handles on side, not as good as when new (what do you expect for 19 years?). Not too heavy to flip, but the width (queen size) is a challenge with a ceiling fan above.
Quality:Cover still looks like new. No unraveling seams. Nice finish on the cover.
