Aireloom Halstead Collection
Three mattress styles are listed for the
Aireloom Halstead Collection on the
Aireloom website. These are not necessarily series or models, but comfort stylings. "Pillow Top" and "Euro Top" refer to the way the top of the mattress is constructed, though there is a Pillow Top model and a Euro Top. "Slimline" is a slimmer (not as high) variation of the same mattress, with some components being thinner or more compact. Some of the model names are Manor & Grand Manor, Homestead, Premier, Chateau & Grand Chateau, Grand Palace. Whatever the name of the model, it bears this claim:
Like all Aireloom matresses, the Halstead collection is hand made in the USA by expert mattress craftsmen.
Like all Aireloom and Kluft mattress, the
Aireloom Halstead Collection has the standard features of "Body pressure-relieving construction, patented "fill box" design, high quality man-made and natural components." The Halstead Collection consists of innerspring mattresses. The support core has a coil count (queen) of 706 individually wrapped 15 guage coils. This is surrounded by a perimeter encasement of Reflex™ premium bio-foam, which not only keeps the separate coils in place, but also supports the comfort layer above and the sleeping surface.
The sleeping surface of mattresses in the
Aireloom Halstead Collection feature fabric made from organic cotton and bamboo viscose rayon, blended and fabricated into jacquard damask or heavy stretch knit.
The
Halstead mattress comfort layers use alternating layers of various materials to achieve the targeted comfort level. For example, the Grand Manor has 1 ˝” of super plush quilt foam, 1 ˝” convoluted quilt foam, 1 ˝ Reflex, 1.9-11 green foam, 0.4” dunlop latex, and 1" to 1/2” 28 ILD foam as insulation. This is all sealed with ˝” of memory foam.
The listed foundations for the
Halstead Collection are zero deflection base or wood platform. A zero deflection base is like a box with slats across the top covered with fabric.
The
Aireloom Halstead Collection mattresses carry a 10-year non-prorated warranty.
