My husband, Gary, who has dealt with on-again-off-again back problems, had been unable to sleep in our bed for about 2 months. He would get up in the middle of the night in extreme pain, and the only place he could sleep was in a reclining chair in the family room. It dawned on me that possibly it was time for a new bed. We began earnestly investigating various options, and stumbled upon Ultrabed in Agoura Hills. You were the first person to greet us, and after we explained our plight, you led us to a mattress in your beautiful showroom. Well, you nailed it! First try, right out of the gate, and that’s the one we ended up with. You encouraged Gary to try another mattress that had been tweaked to possibly be more suitable to his needs, and that’s the one he chose. THEN, you let us experience the adjustable base, and “zero gravity” was a major “AHHH” moment for both of us. We ultimately purchased a California King Split Mattress with a Rize adjustable base. The very generous policy of being able to modify the mattresses after we slept in them, or to offer a full refund if we weren’t satisfied, sealed the deal. You even rushed the manufacturing and delivery, knowing that each night Gary couldn’t sleep was challenging. Beginning with the very first night we slept in our new bed, Gary woke up in the morning without pain! It really was miraculous! We did end up asking for some modifications to each mattress, which they did willingly and promptly. Aside from having a terrific product, you are knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating, evidenced by your priority to make your customers happy. We were so pleased that last month we purchased another mattress and adjustable base for our guest bedroom!

I had a perfect night's sleep on this mattress, not only the first night, but every night. Most importantly, I do not wake up with any more low back pain. I am so happy with my purchase and I highly recommend this mattress. In addition, the service from Ultrabed is outstanding. It is so nice when you deal with people who are knowledgeable about every product they are selling. In addition, they are professional and caring. From start to finish, the entire experience was great.

I was rear ended by a distracted driver and suffered a significant spinal injury. I would like to express my good experience with buying a mattress from Dr. Rick at Ultrabed. The shopping and buying process was a pleasure: super large selection with knowledgeable customer service and no pressure! Delivery was right on time, and now I am sleeping on the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had.
