The Classic Mattress Memory Foam Collection by Classic Brands is identical with the E-Commerce Memory Foam Collection, one of the E-Commerce Collections by this mattress manufacturer. It consists of four models, Silhouette 8", Expression 10", Eloquence 11", and Rapture 12".
The signature feature of mattresses in the Memory Foam Collection is Classic Brands' own form of memory foam. This memory foam has a long recovery time of 20 to 30 seconds, giving it an enveloping, cradling feel. The purpose of visco-elastic memory foam is to conform to body contours for evenly distributed support. This is to relieve pressure on larger segments of the body (such as hips and shoulders) and maintain full support for the smaller ones (such as the lower back).
The two lower models ot these memory foam mattresses each have one layer of memory foam on top. This is 2" high in Silhouette and 3" in Expression. The two higher models have two 2" memory foam layers each. The memory foam layers are perforated for ventilation. Two layers in the higher models allows more air to escape from between the layers.
The base layer of the Classic Brands memory foam matresses is high-density, firm polyurethane foam. This, like all Classic Brands foams, is certified by CertiPUR-US as free from harmful emissions. This base layer is 6" high in Silhouette, 7" in Expression and Eloquence, and 8" in Rapture. As is the case in all foam mattresses, the base layer acts as a shock absorber while keeping the softer foams from overflexing.
Mattresses in the Classic Mattress Memeory Foam Collection can be compressed, wrapped and packed in boxes for shipping by UPS or FedEx, which is why this is also an e-commerce series. They are available through several retailers and can be ordered online from the home or office, or from a retailer's store.
Warranties on Classic Mattress Memory Foam Collection models are for 25-years.
