ComfortAire DreamAire Celenia

DreamAire Celenia is the key to having a great night sleep. You can customize your preferred bed firmness with just a single touch of a button. Dreamaire Celenia uses visco-elastic memory foam, developed by NASA to absorb forces that astronauts experience during space missions. Comforaire DreamAire Celenia's visco-elastic memory foam greatly reduces pressure points, as you can imagine.

Comfortaire Dreamaire Celenia bed also features the digital WhisperFlo® air control system. The WhisperFlo® air control system provides 100 different levels of firmness. Finding the desired firmness for a mattress can be complicated. However, WhisperFlo® allows you to store your favorite settings. You can return to your favorite feel any time without the inconvenience of searching for the correct firmness all over again. DreamAire Celenia has a unique air-sealing valve that maintains the set air level for long periods of time. The valve uses your precise body weight to seal the system.

DreamAire Celenia with WhisperFlow air control system presents premium 3.5" fiber-quilted pillow top in 100% rayon, a high quality Belgian imported pillow top. Comfortaire DreamAire Celenia air core is made up of 6” latex rubber air chambers. These chambers are constructed of durable duck cloth and rubber that are microscopically bonded to guarantee extraordinary pressure retention. Most other manufacturers use vinyl, which sometimes can’t hold the amount of pressure needed to provide enough support. Vinyl is also known to have an odor.

The box top design maximizes air by placing it at the top of the mattress where it can respond to the body shape. The support comes from Omalon support pads beneath Celenia’s Visco memory foam, enabling the air above follow your spine alignment. DreamAire Celenia’s foam perimeter support comes with an 8" high foam edge support that provides a durable edge for the life of the mattress. With all this latest technologies employed by Comfortaire DreamAire Celenia with WhisperFlo Air Control System, this bed brings sleeping convenience to new heights!

Mattress Durability: down

We've had this Comfortaire Dreamaire Celenia Mattress with Whisperflo - King Size since 2006. It was great for the first 5 years, but then began to notice that one side of the bed felt like you were going to roll off. After some investigation, we discovered that the pillow top had failed. The underlying support fabric had stretched (torn), so one side of the bed's support wall had nothing to keep it upright. It began leaning at a substantial angle. The bed has a noticeable slant to it. Filling the mattress to 100% would help, but you couldn't adjust any lower without rolling out of the bed. For approximately the same period the chamber on the same side that is slanted has not held it's level. Every night, it has to be refilled to 100%. I'm not sure if there is a leak in the mattress or the motor. I have always believed that it was the motor. Tonight the motor completely failed. After starting it, it began making a terrible whining noise, and then slowly died. Now it is unusable, and so is the bed...
