This 9" zip-top air mattress is an inch higher than the oc200, since the topper, with its durable quilted knit cover and convoluted foam, is an inch thicker.
The entire Orginal Comfort Series by ComfortAire features cotton latex 6-inch air chambers. I would recommend an air mattress to any one with fibro because it is so adjustable.

Mattress Comfort: 
I have fibro so I have a very hard time finding a mattress that is comfortable. I have had my Comfortaire since 2009 and love it. The firmness can be adjusted anytime you need it softer or more firm.
Mattress Durability:The mattress is still going strong. I have just replaced the air pump which was covered under warranty so I only had to pay about half price for the new one.
Mattress Support:No back aches and no joint pain. The support is great.
