The Hybrid Innerspring Collection of Ethos Beds by Diamond Mattress is one of three Ethos Collections. The signature feature of Ethos beds is natural Talalay latex. In the Ethos Hybrid Innerspring Collection, the comfort layers of latex and other plant-based foams are supported by a nested pocket coil innerspring, which makes them combinations of innerspring mattresses and latex mattresses.
The Ethos Hybrid Innerspring Collection has three groups of mattresses: Tranquility Luxury Collection, Marigold Collection, and Waterfall Collection. Diamond Mattress has rearranged its collections. Waterfall was the name of a model in the former Tranquility Collection. Now Tranquility and Waterfall are both collections within the Ethos Hybrid Innerspring Collection. Each of the three series has several models, each named according to its style and/or firmness level. They are, with their firmess ratings and heights:

As can be seen, Tranquility Luxury is the highest series, and Waterfall is the lowest. Each has a pillow top model and a euro top model and one or two tight top models. The firmness ratings range from 2 for the Traquility Luxury Super Pillow Top to 10 for the Marigold Extra Firm.
The foam encased pocket coils in Ethos Hybrid mattresses vary by collection. Tranquility Luxury models have 9 Series coils. In the Marigold Collection these are 7 Series pocket coils. And it is 5 Series coils in the Waterfall Collection. These coils are nested for a higher coil density.
In each mattress, the innerspring is foam encased for edge support, Each innerspring also has a base pad, a necessity for pocket coils since they are not linked to each other.
The heights and the comfort levels of these hybrid latex/innerspring mattresses are determined by the comfort layers. These vary in type, number, thickness and firmness. Materials include latex, Eco-Flex foam, and CoolGel Memory Foam. All of these foams are plant-based. Latex is cured from rubber tree sap. The others use polyols made from plant oils.
Each Ethos mattress in the Hybrid Innerspring Collection has a cover of blended silk and cashmere.
Ethos Hybrid Innerspring mattresses are compatible with adjustable beds. Diamond Mattress sells two models, both made by Ergomotion: Refuge Adjustable Lifestyle Base and Active Adjustable Lifestyle Base. They will also work with platform beds.
Diamond Mattress processes its own foams. It also wraps its own pocket coils. Ethos Hybrid Innerspring mattresses are covered by a 20-year limited warranty.
