Elite Comfort Luxor
The Elite Luxor is a model in the Elite Comfort collection by ComfortAire. According to ComfortAire, the Luxor has a similar build to the Elite 1, but adds Outlast to the cover to help balance temperatures.

Among the other features of the Luxor are Dual Adjustability, Edge-to-Edge Air, interchangeable components, and plant-based foams, as well as the proprietary EvellaFoam. The basic feature of the Luxor is the Dynamic Support. ComfortAire keeps the air chambers near the top, close to the sleeper. They are immediately below the cover and the 3¼" EvellaFoam layer.

Here is the structure of the Luxor:

2. 3.25-inch green tea scented EvellaFoam™ foam topper
3. Patented 3.5-inch urethane chambers
4. Box-Top Aire Construction
5. Plant-derived synthetic latex base foam with fabric covers

Below the adjustable air chambers is the ComfortAire. This is the basic air support for the Luxor, while the adjustable air chambers allow the user to control "posturization," the profile of support tuned to the body size and shape and the sleeping position of the user. This air support goes from one edge to the other, the Edge-to-Edge Aire system, which is bolstered by the foam perimeter support.

EvellaFoam is a blending of synthetic latex and memory foam, intended to combine the benefits of both. The latex provides resiliency while memory foam has conformability. According to ComfortAire, the manufacturer of their foams replaces up to 30% of the petroleum with plant-derived oils.

The hand-held control for the ComfortAire Elite Luxor is the Whisperflo™ 6200. The company cites a quickly adjusted blower and a quiet diaphram pump. They also claim that this system can inflate an air bed "nearly one third firmer than other leading brands."

The Elite Luxor by ComfortAire is adjustable bed compatible. In fact, use with an adjustable beds is considered the norm in the ComfortAire descriptions of Elite Comfort mattresses. The warranty on the Luxor is 4/25 Limited.
