InnoMax Air Beds support sleepers with chambers filled with air. Most of these are made of vulcanized rubber (latex). This is in contrast to Vinyl Products Mfg. which uses PVC exclusively in its chambers. A few other airbed manufacturers, especially those producing medical care mattresses, use other materials, such as polypropylene, in some of their models.
The InnoMax brands Luxury Support and Comfort-Craft each have airbed versions of five of their softside waterbed models. They differ from the waterbeds in the support unit. One InnoMax hardside waterbed label, Sanctuary, also has airbed models. Sanctuary uses vinyl air chambers.
There is also an RV Air Sleep series for recreational vehicle mattresses with four models. These are really two Luxury Support and two Comfort-Craft models sold without foundations–the RV bed is the expected base. As RV mattresses, they include sizes not usual for house beds. Another Air Bed by InnoMax is the ForeverAire™ Premium Guest & Sofa Sleeper Mattress. Available only in Full and Queen sizes, this replaces the mattress in a standard sleeper sofa (aka hide-a-bed and sofa bed). Deflated, it folds more easily for storing the bed in the sofa. Extended, it is inflated to be like a real bed with real support, not like the thin mattresses that telegraph every ridge and wrinkle. These mattresses are called ForeverAire because they are tested for a long leak-free life. InnoMax says they are "100% Leak Tested."
The air bladder material for sofa beds is not directly identified, but references to "Plain Vinyl" and not "sleeping directly on PVC vinyl" suggest that it is vinyl, but of a higher quality, laminated, and covered more fully.
One key advertised feature of InnoMax Air Beds is the Adjust Backup Pump that keeps air pressure up automatically.
Also produced by InnoMax is the Economy Air Bed, a plain air mattress such as would be used for camping.
Warranties on InnoMax airbeds range from 4 years for the Sanctuary Air Suspension and 5 years for the ForeverAire to 20 years for Air-Cell and 25 years for Luxury Support and Comfort-Craft models.
