The Memory-Cell Beds category of mattresses utilizes what InnoMax calls MemoryCell Self-Adjusting Technology. Memory-Cell is InnoMax's version of memory foam. According to the company, it is a bio-based foam with an open-cell structure. It is heat-sensitive, becoming less firm when warmed to conform to larger areas of the body. This is the principle used in the first NASA pressure-relief material developed for astronaults' lift-off couches.
Included in the Memory-Cell Beds are four collections and a support selection in two brands. The collections are InnoPedic™, Memory-Gel™ with Phase-Change Thermal-Cell™, Ultra-Pedic®, and Trinity™ & Prelude™ Memory-Cell® Mattresses. The two brands are Comfort-Craft and Luxury Support. These are InnoMax's Convert-A-Bed brands with support options, which include support grade Memory-Cell foam.
What sets the InnoPedic™ mattresses apart is their support core. This is an isotropic design, featuring the Energized Support Core. The top comfort layer is Memory-Cell.
Memory-Gel™ with Phase-Change Thermal-Cell™ has a substrate (support core) of firm foam. The top layer is Memory Cell infused with a gel that has phase-change properties.
Ultra-Pedic® Beds are billed as "eco-friendly" in their composition. This includes almost all materials. The Memory-Cell material at the top is waffle-cut for ventilation.
The Trinity™ & Prelude™ Memory-Cell® Mattresses collection consists of two models with memory foam comfort layers and firm foam substrates, Trinity and Prelude. The Memory-Cell in Trinity is gel-infused.
This category also includes a two-sided 2˝" topper with latex on one side and Memory-Cell on the other.
Considering their diversity, each of the Memory-Cell collections will be reviewed separately.
