IntelliBED Gel Mattresses
IntelliBED mattresses and other bedding products feature Intelli-GEL, a honeycomb configured co-polymer gel, which according to testing and use in health care facilities is mold-resistant, responsive to the shape and weight of a user's body, and more durable than foams, including memory foam and latex foam. Currently, Inteli-GEL products for home bedding are exclusively manufactured and sold by Advanced Comfort Technologies, Inc. under the name IntelliBED.
Mattresses by IntelliBED include: IntelliBED 20, IntelliBED 20 Plush, Relief Perfect Latex, Posture Perfect, Spinal Decompression System, Child Mattress, and IntelliBEDmini (baby crib mattress).
IntelliBEDmini Crib Mattress ($$)
IntelliBED claims that the IntelliBEDmini Crib Mattress is "the most baby friendly, pressure relieving, non-toxic sleep surface ever." In this mattress, the Intelli-GEL is used both for cushioning and for support. It contains no foam and no allergens.
What comes with the IntelliBEDmini Crib Mattress?

Child Mattress ($$)
The IntelliBED Child Mattress is designed to support a growing child comfortably. (This reviewer remembers the morning backaches endured as a teen from sleeping on a thin mattress on a spring sheet bed.) IntelliBED claims that the materials used "will change less than 5% over 20 years," ensuring correct support for a child clear into adulthood. Available in both twin and full sizes.
IntelliBED 20 ($$$)
The IntelliBED 20 may be called the "Goldilocks model," neither too soft nor too firm. IntelliBED says this model is for "the average sleeper" with no problems related to sleep. It has been designed for compatability with existing box springs of platforms, but foundations are availble through IntelliBED. The IntelliBED 20 carries a 20-year warranty. If the customer buys the "Protect 'Ur Gel Mattress" protective cover, there is a free 60-day in-home trial program.
IntelliBED – 20 Plush ($$$)
If a client prefers a softer-feeling mattress, there is the IntelliBED – 20 Plush. The additional plushness is provided by the top layer of Talalay latex. The extra softness is felt more in the areas of the hips and shoulders.
IntelliBED – Posture Perfect ($$$)
If a user has back problems, such as a slipped or ruptured disk, the IntelliBED – Posture Perfect promises more support and firmness to control spinal alignment. The support core of the Posture Perfect is the innerspring unit, made with high quality springs. On top of this two cushioning layers, one of soy foam and the other of Intelli-GEL. The warranty is for 30 years.
IntelliBED – Relief Perfect Latex ($$$)
The IntelliBED – Relief Perfect Latex is intended for persons who need as much softness as possible without sacrificing support for the back. Some of the conditions calling for this are arthritis, fibromyalgia, hip pain and shoulder pain.
The innerspring support core of this 13" mattress underlies a layer of Talalay latex foam. On top of this is the Intelli-GEL. This is all topped with a panel of polyester-cotton quilted with a special foam of furniture grade. The Intelli-GEL Relief Perfect Latex Mattress carries a 30-year warranty.
Spinal Decompression Sleep System ($$$$)
The Spinal Decompression Sleep System by IntelliBED is designed especially for those with special spinal needs such as misaligned lumbar, scoliosis, ruptured discs, etc. This is a coordinated set of Intelli-GEL mattress and adjustable base. The key feature is a decompression program controlling the positions and vibro-massage over a period of time to relieve back and joint pressure. There are avaliable options for conditions such as fibromyalgia and difficulty in getting into and out of bed. It carries a 20-year warranty.

Adjustable bases made by Leggett & Platt are available for most IntelliBED mattresses.

I can't say enough about this company. Their customer service is great and their beds are second to none.
Mattress Rating:Mattress Comfort:
I've never felt a mattress that has been so plush, but also provides alignment. I thought I was doomed to either toss and turn on a firm mattress or fall asleep comfortable, but wake with a sore back. This is the best of both worlds.
Mattress Durability:
My sister has had her intelliBED for almost 12 years and it still isn't showing any signs of wear. In fact I bought mine off of the fact that I slept on hers while house sitting for her and got the best night's rest I've experienced up until then.
Mattress Support:
I can tell that I'm getting the support I need because my hips don't sag in and I'm a big guy (about 225 Lbs.) I'm astonished that it can be so comfortable and still provide such amazing support.
Mattress Features and Benefits as Advertised:
So far, so good. Based off of my sister's 12 year old bed, I think this is going to end up being one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Quality:
It's heavy, which to me is a good thing. It feels comfortable, but at the same time I like that there's a bit of weight to it because I know it's going to last me for a while.

Horrible, it's a very expensive bed for only lasting 2 years
Mattress Support:It's so squishy in the wrong areas that my arms fall asleep, even if they are down by my side. I'm 5'9 160lb male, so this shouldn't be happening. I've also developed upper back pain, which is weird

Quality:You can rotate your bed a 1000 times and it won't salvage the quality

Mattress Comfort: 
Just couldn't get comfortable on this mattress. Woke up every night of the trial period with pain in the upper body and shoulders (which I had never experienced with a bed before). The wobbly top of the mattress was more akin to a water bed than a regular foam bed and it was just too soft and squishy for my liking. Very disappointed in the comfort level from a very expensive mattress.
Mattress Durability:
Can't really comment on the durability since we returned it during the trial period.
Mattress Support:
Poor support on the edges of the mattress (sitting on the bed while getting in for example) caused me to slide off the side of the bed a few times and was just too soft. The gel topper felt like it was sliding off and over itself which gave the feeling of sleeping on a slippery slope. Not supportive at all.
Mattress Features and Benefits as Advertised:
Marketing is misleading - the foam inside is no more 'environmentally friendly' than most other memory foam products - the organic cotton and soy blended foam are only marginally beneficial and the premium charged for this feature is excessive for the support offered by the bed. Marketed directly at people who will pay a premium for green or 'alternative therapy' products. I would not mind this if the product was actually as good as the marketing. Which it isn't

Quality is OK, but it's just overpriced and not comfortable.
