polyester cover fabric top panel quilted with
Pillo-Fill and
FireBlocker.
Just beneath the quilted cover of the
Prominence Firm mattress are the two layers of
Cool Action™
Dual Effects® Gel Memory Foam separated by the
EverFeel layer. This
memory foam is infused with two kinds of
gel.
MicroSupport® gel adds support where it is most needed.
MicroCool+™ gel conducts heat from the sleeping surface to where it dissipates.
EverFeel™ Technology is for cradling the user without the heat buildup and time to adjust of memory foam.
The
innerspring unit of the
iSeries Profiles Prominence Firm hybrid mattress is the
Duet® Coil Individually Wrapped Coil-in-Coil Support System. This is a pocket coil array of
dual coils. Each pair of coils is made from one wire, with a taller outer coil and a shorter inner coil. The outer coil is more responsive, and the inner coil is firmer. This means initial cushioning effect leading to deep down support. And being independent pocket coils means more conformity and less motion transfer.
The
BestEdge® foam encasement provides edge support for the
Prominence Firm and perimeter support for the innserspring unit.
StabL-Base Foundation
Serta recommends its StabL-Base Foundation as the foundation for the Prominence Firm model of the iSeries Profiles Collection. This model is also compatible with the Serta Motion Perfect adjustable bed.
The iSeries Profiles Prominence Firm is available through several retailers. It comes with Serta's 25-year limited warranty.
