iSeries Vantage Firm and Vantage Plush

The Vantage Firm and Vantage Plush by mattress manufacturer Serta replace the Applause Firm and Applause Plush. The Vantage mattresses are the entry level models in the iSeries Hybrid Sleep System as the Applause models were in the Perfect Day iSeries.

The iSeries Vantage Firm and iSeries Vantage Plush result from Serta's updating of their iComfort and iSeries mattresses in two key features, the signature memory foam and the dual coil support unit.

The Cool Action™ Gel Memory Foam is now Cool Action™ Dual Effects® Gel Memory Foam. The former was infused with MicroSupport™ gel to bolster the conforming support of the memory foam. The MicroSupport™ is concentrated under body areas needing more support. The new foam not only has that, but adds MicroCool+™ gel to conduct heat away from the sleeping surface to dissipate. Not only this, the proportion of gel in this gel is 25% higher than in the previous version.

Vantage has the same Duet® Coil Individually Wrapped Coil-in-Coil Support System with BestEdge foam encasement as the Applause, but the coil count has been increased from 924 (Queen) to 1008. This means more support overall. The greater coil density also means a finer level of contouring conformity.

iSeries Vantage Firm differs from iSeries Vantage Plush in the middle layer. In the plush model this is Serta PillowSoft Foam in the firm model it is Serta Support Foam, accounting for the difference in firmness levels.

The StabL-Base fabric-covered platform, available in 9" Standard height or 5½" Low Profile, is the recommended foundation for the iSeries Vantage Firm and iSeries Vantage Plush mattresses. These models are also compatible with the Serta Motion Signature adjustable base.

The warranty is for 25 years. The first 15 years are not prorated, and the last 10 are.
