The newest mattress collection of
Jamison Bedding is
Two Thirty Four (
234). Introduced at the Spring 2014 High Point Market (where it also unveiled its
Resort Hotel Collection, this line currently has four models,
Series 200,
Series 300,
Series 400 and
Series 400 Euro Top. The firmness levels are, respectively, Extra Firm, Medium Firm, Medium Soft, and Soft.
Series 400 is an all-foam mattress, while the other three are innerspring models.
VertiCoil
The
innerspring cores in
Two Thirty Four mattresses are 6" high
VertiCoil units with a coil count of 460 (Queen), described by
Jamison as, "More coils for more body support. The
Verticoil is an open offset alternating coil innerspring." The company lists the benefits of
VertiCoil as "improved perimeter consistency" and "21% more coils for more support" with "more surface coverage."
VertiCoil was developed by bedding component manufacturer
Leggett & Platt.
Support for the
Series 400 is a 7" core of
High Resiliency Polyurethane Foam.
Jamison Bedding offers a variety of materials in
234. These include quilting foams,
Safe Slumber fire retardant,
Super Soft and
Hyper Soft foams, polyurethane foam, memory foam,
Comfort Lock Pad, and a
Blended Cotton Comfort Pad.
The
Two Thirty Four Collection is conceived and designed by
Jamison "With respect for the budget conscience customer," with prices under $1,000. These mattresses carry a 7-year warranty. The first year is full replacement, while the remaining 6 are prorated.
