Kluft Royal Sovereign Collection
The Royal Sovereign Collection is one of the newer mattress collections from E.S. Kluft. The models in this collection have musical names, such as Prelude, Overture, Concerto, Sonata, and Minuet. They are available at Bloomingdale's in their upscale retail stores and online (Click to Call). Some of the models may be available through other venues.

As with all their other mattresses, Kluft claims that they have "body pressure-relieving construction" and are made with "natural and the finest quality man made components." The bottoms of mattresses in the Royal Sovereign Collection are fully upholtered.

The coils in the innerspring support core of the Kluft Royal Sovereign mattresses are individually wrapped. Those in the area of the mattress under the lower backs of the sleepers are configured to provide lumbar support. The whole coil unit, along with the comfort layers above, is encased with high density bio-foam. This encasement is to keep the individually wrapped coils in place. It also provides edge-to-edge support for the sleeping surface so that the entire area is usable, even for sitting on the edge.

The comfort layers above the innerspring unit feature layers of cushioning and supportive materials such as (depending on the model) memory foam and/or high density base support foam. They also feature quilted upholstery layers utilizing materials such as latex, quilted cotton, QuiltFlex™ quilting foam, and/or plush convoluted quilting foam. The cover fabric is rayon damask, which is certified by Oeko-Tex. Each mattress has a lumbar support layer.

The 9.5" fully-upholtered foundation is a box spring with a wood frame (made of lumber from sustainable-yield forests). The 8-way springs are hand-tied, with a coil count of over 800 for queen size.

Mattresses in the Kluft Royal Sovereign Collection carry a 10-year non-prorated warranty.
