Except for the cover material, the Sofa Bed Sleeper Mattress is the same on the Nature's Sleep website and on Groupon. It is also available through other retailers. This 4½" thick mattress is sold as a replacement for mattresses in pull-out sofa beds. It is available in three sizes: Full, Queen and Wide Queen.
The Sofa Bed Sleeper Mattress is a memory foam mattress. It has two 2" layers plus ½" of memory foam in the quilting. The bottom layer is high density support foam, probably polyurethene. This is dense enough to mask the spring grid and frame of the pull-out bed.
The top layer of the Sofa Bed Sleeper Mattress is 2" of gel-infused memory foam. This combines the contouring conformity of memory foam with the support properties and cooling effect of gel.
The cover of the Sofa Mattress is a 310-gram cotton blend in the company model, but 60/40 polyester and rayon in the Groupon version. The cover can be removed for spot cleaning or dry cleaning, but is not machine washable. This cover is quilted to a ½" layer of memory foam for more cushioning at the top.
All foams in the Sleep Sofa Bed Sleeper Mattress are approved by CertiPUR-US as free from harmful substances.
The warranty on the Nature's Sleep Sofa Bed Sleeper Mattress is for 5 years.
