Organic Quilted Innerspring Crib Mattress - This innerspring mattress for infants and toddlers is described as "super-firm" with 780 coils in the innersping unit. Added to this are layers of Eco-Wool and organic cotton. Between these layers and coveering the mattress is organic cotton fabric. The fabric between the innersprings and the padding is canvas-weight. The whole mattress is tied together with hand tufting to keep the mattress compacted with layers in place. Overall, the Organic Quilted Innerspring Crib Mattress is made to last.

Natural Rubber Crib Mattress - OMI says that this mattress is "The choice for baby when parents are concerned about dust mites or wish to give baby a metal-free bed." Made in a chemical-free factory, this mattress is made of all-natural materials:
* Organic Cotton - grown without pesticides and herbicides and processed without harsh or toxic chemicals.
* Eco-Wool - from sheep raised in California without hormones or antibiotics and washed in soap and water (not with chemicals).
* Natural Rubber - made from rubber tree sap, not petroleum or coal, the latex sap is processed and shipped in a way that eliminates the use of pesticide sprays in shipping.

Oval 100%-Natural Rubber Crib and Bassinet Mattresses - The newest member of OMI's crib lineup, is a version of the Natural Rubber Crib Mattress. These are designed to fit popular cribs. constructed in the same way as the previous mattress, it, too, is made to last.
