The Ortho PostureCushion Firm Eurotop Mattress is a firm innerspring mattress with a cushiony Euro top (a box-edged pillow top). It is sold through Sleepy's and its affiliates, both in stores and online.
The innerspring core of the Ortho-Posture Cushion Firm Eurotop Mattress is made of offset coils. Offset coils are like the Bonnell coils, hourglass coils linked at top and bottom by spiral wires. The difference is that the ends of the coils are square to stabilize the placement. The advantage of Bonnell and offset coils is that they give at first, but increase resistance as they compress. Therefore the effect is cushioning support.
The perimeter support for the innersprings, and also the whole mattress, is foam encasement. This perimeter and edge support prolongs the life of the mattress while making the entire sleeping surface usable.

The cover of the Ortho-Posture Cushion Firm Eurotop Mattress is a knit fabric which contains antimicrobial, dust-resistant fibers. It also has "Safeguard" fibers, which are fire resistant, so this mattress meets federal bedding flammability standards.
The recommended base is the Ortho-Posture Titan Foundation. This wood-framed box spring is made by King Koil. It is available in two heights: 9" Standard and 5" Low.

Not bad at all for a very inexpensive mattress. I used mine for 2 years in college and It was just fine for me! I used a padded topper on top. Might have been just fine without it too. I am not picky since I slept on the same childhood mattress for 15+ years. If you aren
t picky and do not have any back issues, like me, got for this mattress! I am moving to a new city to start my first job and am trying to buy another! I am only replacing it cause I left it in my old apartment at college.

Only had it 2 years.. Remember that you can't flip it. That said, it was totally fine for the 2 years I had it.
