QVC claims, "Counting sheep is a thing of the past." [To tell the truth, every maker and seller of beds and mattresses wants us to believe this of their products.] QVC makes this claim for the PedicSolutions Adjustable Sleep System with 11" Memory Foam Mattress, which is available in five sizes: Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Split King.
QVC does not have any description of the mattress except for the height and that it has memory foam, but they do have links to PDFs of the warranties for the mattress and the adjustable base. The warranty for the mattresss is from Classic Brands, LLC, of Jessup, MD.
The mattress in this set is the equivalent of Classic Brands' 11" Eloquence. This mattress has a top layer of ventilated visco elastic memory foam, which contours itself to the sleepers' bodies. Besides relieving pressure points, it is supposed to reduce tossing and turning. Beneath this is a second layer of firmer memory foam to moderate the conformity. At the bottom is high density base foam for firm support and stability.
The adjustable base of the PedicSolutions Adjustable Sleep System is made by Leggett & Platt, the top-selling manufacturer of adjustable beds. The base can be raised at both the head and the foot, and the remote control is wired to the motors. In case of a power outage, there is a backup battery. A retainer bar keeps the mattress in place when the bed is being adjusted.
The mattress, which is made in China, carries a 15-year limited warranty: 5 years full and 10 years prorated. The base, made in the United States, has a Leggett & Platt limited lifetime warranty with 1 year full, 2 years limited, and the remainder of lifetime covering mechanical parts except for electronic and electrical components.
