Jubilance is a mid-level model in the
Perfect Day iSeries collection by

Cool Action™ gel memory foam and
Duet™

Motion Perfect® Adjustable Foundation, so the user can customize the support and comfort of this mattress. The
Jubilance has a mid-range comfort level, 5.5 on a scale of 10.
There are two 1" layers of
Cool Action™ gel memory foam in the
Jubilance.
Cool Action is a memory foam which is infused with
Serta's
MicroSupport™ gel, beads of micro-encapsulated gel. This gel both contributes to the support characteristics of the memory foam and cools it. Visco-elastic memory foam is very comformable, which is why it cradles a sleeper. Gel makes it more supportive, improving pressure point relief. Gel also is a heat sink, drawing heat away from the sleeping surface.
In addition to the
Cool Action™ gel memory foam,
Perfect Day iSeries Jubilance also has a 2" layer of
Serta's
KoolComfort memory foam. Developed before gel memory foam,
KoolComfort has an open-cell structure, allowing air to flow through it to cool it off. This was an answer to the tendency of memory foam to build up heat.
The
Duet™
Coil individually wrapped coil-in-coil system in
Jubilance mattresses is an array of pocket-wrapped dual coils. The advantage of pocket coils is the independent response of the individual coils to weight placed directly on them. This allows the innerspring assembly to conform faithfully to the shape and weight of the sleeper's body. These are also 2-in-1 coils, a coil within a coil. The taller outer coil has the initial response, to give a feeling of soft, cushioning support. The inner coil, when it is reached, increases resistance to provide deep support. The coil count in a queen-sized
Jubilance is 924.
BestEdge foam encasement provides both innerspring perimeter support and sleeping surface edge support in the
Serta Perfect Day iSeries Jubilance mattress. It keeps the
Duet™
Coils in place and upright. It also makes the entire sleeping surface stable and usable, even for sitting on the edge.
The quilted cover of the
Jubilance mattress is certified for fire safety, meeting federal standards. It is what
Serta calls
Continuous Comfort, because it allows the sleeper to experience the comfort of the
Cool Action™ gel memory foam.
Serta encourages the customer to pair the
Perfect Day iSeries Jubilance with its
Motion Perfect® Adjustable Foundation, but matching box springs are also available in a choice of Standard (9") or Low Profile (5.25") heights.
Serta offers a 120 sleep trial period for the
Jubilance and a 25 year warranty against manufacturer's defects, with the first fifteen years non-prorated and the last ten years prorated.
