Perfect Day iSeries Triumph
Triumph is a model in the Perfect Day iSeries by Serta. This hybrid mattress series features Serta's iSeries Technology, a combination of Cool Action™ Gel Energy foam and Duet™ Coil individually wrapped coil-in coil system innerspring.

A Duet™ Coil is a dual coil, a 2-in-1 coil-in-a-coil design with a taller outer coil and shorter inner coil. The inner coil is separately wrapped as is the pair itself. Each dual coil responds independently to pressure put on it. This conforms support to the sleeper's body contours, relieving pressure points and suppressing motion transfer. The initial response is by the outer coil, a cushioning effect. As the compression reaches the inner coil, resistance rises for deep support. This pair will give under a lightweight user, but still support a heavy person, making it ideal for couples of widely differing sizes.

Cool Action™ is Serta's gel-infused memory foam. Visco-elastic memory foam responds to weight and heat, contouring itself to a sleeper's body. In the Perfect Day iSeries Triumph this is to provide pressure relief since the whole body is supported, not just a few prominent parts. However, memory foam tends to build up heat. This was first countered by ventilating the foam to allow air to pass through (such as with Serta's KoolComfort memory foam). Then manufacturers began to add either liquid gel or gel beads to the memory foam to draw heat away to dissipate. The gel in Cool Action™ is microencapsulated, what Serta calls Microsupport.



The 13.5" high Perfect Day iSeries Triumph is a plush mattress. Its zippered, stretch-knit cover is quilted with FireBlocker and soft foams. Its comfort section is a 2" layer of KoolComfort a 1" layer of Cool Action Gel Energy foam and a 1" layer of Cool Action gel memory foam.

Surrounding the Triumph mattress is Serta's BestEdge foam encasement, providing edge support.

Serta's recommended foundation for the Perfect Day iSeries Triumph is the Perfect Motion AdjustableBase. This adjustable bed comes with a wireless remote.

Serta has a 120-night sleep trial period for the Perfect Day iSeries Triumph and a 25-year limited warranty.
