Pure Latex Bliss Prestige Collection

Pure Latex Bliss introduced its Prestige Collection at the Summer 2013 Las Vegas World Market with four models. Two more models were introduced at the 2013 Fall High Point Market. Prestige is intended to be the company's most luxurious mattress collection, with natural Talalay latex throughout. Except for the latex quilted into the cover, all the Talalay latex is infused with graphite, which not only colors the material, but according to PLB, makes the latex softer and more durable.

The two least expensive Prestige models are Etoile Luxury and Etoile Plush. They are each 10¾" high with ¾" Talalay latex quilted into the cover. Beneath the cover is a 4" high Pressure Relief Layer of Talalay infused with graphite. This rests on a much firmer support core of graphite-infused Talalay latex. The difference between these two models is their "plushness rating." This is 7 for Etoile Luxury and 9 for Etoile Plush. Although it is not stated in any of the available descriptions, this difference seems to be in the firmness levels of the Pressure Relief Layers, and possibly also those of the support cores.

The next two models are Saint Honore Extra Plush and Saint Honore Luxury. The Extra Plush has a plushness rating of 10, and the plushness of Luxury is 9. Again, the difference seems to be in the firmness of the Pressure Relief Layers. To the layers in the previous two models, the Saint Honore mattresses add a 2" base layer of graphite-infused Talalay latex.

The distinguishing feature of the Tuileries models, the most expensive, is a 9" all-latex foundation. Four inches of this foundation is graphite-infused.

The latex and the fabric in the Prestige Collection mattresses are OekoTex certified, meaning that they are free from harmful substances. The 400+ gram weight top panel fabric is removable and washable, but not the entire cover. PLB has special instructions for cleaning. A mattress protector, especially one which is waterproof, is highly recommended.

The Etoile models hold a Pure Latex Bliss 10-year non-prorated warranty. This has a ¾" indentation limit.
