Sealy has one of the longest and most well-known reputations in the bedding industry. The Sealy SpringFree Latex Crystal Vale exemplifies this fact by delivering a premium latex foam mattress utilizing several layers of latex foam and SealyFoam for support and comfort. With the euro-top or box-top design, you have a layer of convoluted foam quilted into the top, followed by the 3+ inches of latex and SealyFoam. This rests atop the 8.75 inch Smart Latex core for a great nights sleep.
Sealy's SmartLatex core uses multiple layers of Talalay latex foam to create the bulk of the mattress, then lays various thicknesses and densities of either latex foam or traditional foam to tailor each mattress to its intended audience. The SmartLatex core is the most important section of the mattress, and is typically 3 layers of latex foam made in the Talalay process to provide uniform compression and reduce heat build-up inside of the mattress.
