Sleep Number Classic c2 by Select Comfort
The Classic c2 by Select
Comfort is the ground floor model in the Sleep Number Classic
Series. The c2 is an 8-inch high plush mattress with a cover woven from a blend of
polyester, polypropylene and rayon, said to be durable and smooth. An antimicrobial barrier has
been added to protect sleepers' health and keep the mattress fresh.
The pillowtop of the Sleep Number Classic c2 by Select Comfort features 1-inch of quilted
"supersoft foam" and fiberfill. Like the cover, these have been treated for microbial protection.
The c3 and c4 share the same air chamber design, but have thicker comfort padding.
The Classic c2 untilizes Select Comfort's SLEEP NUMBER ®DualAir™ technology which
allows users to adjust firmness separately on each side of the mattress using wireless remotes.
With this, you can "select your comfort level on each side of the bed with the touch of a button."
Select Comfort claims, "Only SLEEP NUMBER ®beds feature DualAir™ technology inside."
They may have registered the name DualAir as a trademark, but ComfortAire and other airbed
manufacturers also have dual controls.
