Surround Ewe Premium
Surround Ewe Premium is one of two
wool mattresses made by the
Wool Bed Company (
WBC). This is a 7" mattress, organic
cotton ticking filled with organic
ECO-Pure wool. Wool is the only ingredient in the mattress - no foam, no
metal springs, no plastic or synthetic fibers. Also, no chemicals are used in the production of the materials or the mattress itself.
According to
WBC, the design of this
mattress and the other model (
Surround Ewe™ Signature) is the result of research on relieving pain in users with several medical conditions. The construction of the wool mattress was refined until these people could sleep pain-free. Then other users found the wool bed very comfortable.
Although the
Surround Ewe Premium is the mattress only, it can be used with a topper, and
Wool Bed Company makes several toppers. Also available are
WBC protective pads, linen sheets, comforters, and pillows.
The
Wool Bed Company also makes wood
platform beds and bed conversion kits. These are part of
Surround Ewe's
Natural Wood Bed Collection, which also includes dressers, nightstands, headboards, and chests-of-drawers. All of these are made by Amish craftsmen.

If a product is found to be defective within 30 days from the day the items are shipped, The Wool Bed Company will replace the defective items at our expense. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace the product and pay shipping charges to return our product to you. Valid claims will be at the sole discretion of The Wool Bed Company. Customers will pay to return products found not to be defective.
