Technogel Estasi+
The Technogel Estasi+ is a foam mattress produced by Technogel Sleeping. Major components are made in Italy, and it is assembled in the United States.

The signature feature of this and other Technogel mattresses is the material called Technogel. This "gel" may be called a semi-solid. It is described by Technogel Sleeping as a solid with the 3-dimensional deformation under weight of a liquid. The Technogel Estasi+ is fully covered with 1" (70-75# on a queen) of this Technogel.


Not only is this material unique to Technogel, for their mattresses it is formed into sheets with a "tower" configuration. The surface of the sheet is a grid of "towers" with square footprints. This provides mini-zoning roughly equivalent to that of pocket-coil innersprings, with each "tower" responding individually to the weight directly applied to it.

On the Technogel Estasi+, the Technogel sheet is configured into zones of differently sized towers to tailor support for different areas of the body. This is to reduce or eliminate pressure points. Additionally, the "gel" yields a cooling effect.

The primary support of the 12" Technogel Estasi+ is 8" of pre-compressed support foam. Pre-compressing (also called "pre-crushing") increases its effective firmness. This foam has a density of 1.85 and a 24 ILD.

The cover fabric of the Technogel Estasi+ is a jersy knit made by LAVA. It is zippered for removal and cleaning.

The Technogel Estasi+ is designed to be suitable with adjustable beds. It is sold by high-end retailers in the USA, and carries a 10/10 warranty (10 years non-prorated, 10 years prorated).
