We spent a lot of time researching memory foam and inner-spring (which we have always owned) mattresses before purchasing the TempFlow. Because there is no dealer in our area, we purchased directly from the manufacturer. The sales person we spoke with was extremely helpful, suggesting the Copia after listening to our preferences and sleep habits. Despite lacking any opportunity to test the mattress before purchasing it, we are very satisfied with this bed, and would highly recommend it.

Mattress Comfort: 
The Tempflow Kingsize Copia is the first memory foam mattress we have purchased, and is without question, the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned. I find that I change position at night far less often than I used to on our inner-spring mattresses, and feel better rested in the morning.
Mattress Durability:
We have only owned this mattress for a month, so cannot comment on its durability. However, it does have a 40-year warranty, so we assume it is as durable as advertised.
Mattress Support:
The support is great. My wife is a back-sleeper and I am a side-sleeper, and both of us love the mattress support. I have had a bad back for decades and with other beds woke up with a stiff and usually sore back. With the Copia, my back is fine in the morning, with only minor stiffness if I played golf the previous day, and even then I sleep very comfortably that night.
Mattress Features and Benefits as Advertised:
Our two major concerns about a memory foam mattress were off-gassing (an unpleasant odor that takes time to dissipate) and over-heating. Tempflow assured us that they have solved both problems and they were right. The mattress is firm without being hard and as comfortable as claimed in their ads.
Quality:
The mattress appears to be very well made. It is solid, the stitching on the cover is tight and the foam bounces back.

I have spent a small fortune on beds in my life and this is without a doubt the best I have owned. This is then most comfortable and supportive bed I have ever slept on. If there was something better, I would own it.

They were understated by Temp- Flow! I appreciate the attention to detail in construction and the exceptional quality of the materials used. In addition the company has exceeded my expectations in service. I know of no other Bed Co. that offers the guarantee plus the service that Relief Mart does.

I waited a long time to purchase as it was what I consider expensive but so far I believe that it is well worth the money.

I had been tossing and turning all night, not being able to get comfortable. Now I am sleeping through the night only turning maybe once.
Mattress Durability:I cannot rate this as I have only owned it for a litle more than a month.
Mattress Support:
I am not having the back and leg pain that I normally experience.

It is firm and supportive a very comfortable mattress.
Quality:
Again, I have only had it for a little over a month but it seems very well made.

This ranks as one of the top purchases I have ever made and Jim at Relief Mart made it a pleasurable experience helping me out every step of the way. You spend 1/3 of your life in bed, so check these mattresses out before spending your money at the big name stores! It will save you thousands for a better product that's custom made in the USA......

We got the Eros and the Copia in the Split Cal King. Most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on!
Mattress Durability:
Copia is very durable and handles my large frame at 6'6" and 270 lbs Eros is more plush and also very comfortable for my wife.
Mattress Support:
Supports our bodies perfect and conforms to each curve.

Copia is great for larger/heavier people. Eros is for those looking for the soft plush cloud effect.
Quality:
Custom made from the best stuff on earth. Very strong memory foam. Very well made in the good ole' USA

Very happy with our bed. The sales and customer support is excellent. We highly recommend this mattress. No odor or mattress getting hot issues.
