Tempur-Pedic calls the 11" high TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme Breeze, "The perfect mix of extra-soft, deep-cushioned comfort and responsive support, plus extra TEMPUR-Breeze coolness." This model differs from the TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme by the use of TEMPUR-Breeze cooling materials in the cover and the comfort layer. Tempurpedic lists the Tempur-Feel of this memory foam mattress as "moderately conforming."
The TEMPUR-Breeze cooling material in the microsuede cover of the TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme Breeze is CoolMax®. This fiber was developed by Invista for athletic and work clothing worn during high levels of exertion and heat. It wicks moisture away from the user while also making the fabric breathable. It is not washable: spot clean only." The bottom of the cover is non-skid to keep the mattress and the bedding from scooting around.
The comfort layer is the same TEMPUR-ES Breeze material as used in the TEMPUR-Cloud Luxe Breeze, but at 2" is ¾" thinner. This is still enough to make this model plush. The advantage of the TEMPUR-ES Breeze material over the TEMPUR-ES in the other TEMPUR-Cloud Collection models is the cooling effect. The Breeze material is infused and configured to draw heat away from the sleeper's body to be dissipated, in order to provide a cooler sleeping experience.
The 2" support layer of the TEMPUR-Pedic TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme Breeze mattress is another cooling component. The TEMPUR-Climate material is high-density Swedish Tempur® Material which has been configured to conduct heat and allow air flow to enhance to cooling effect. This foam is firm enough to support the user through the softer foam above.
The base support layer of the TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme Breeze features the Dual AirFlow System which not only supports the entire mattress, but provides edge support and further enhances cooling. According to its design, this model should be cooler from the top to the bottom.
The recommended foundation for the TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme Breeze mattress is a MDF (medium-density fibreboard) board solid platform put together with nail-less construction. This model is also compatible with the Tempur-Pedic adjustable bases Ergo Basic and Ergo Premier.
Along with other TEMPUR-Pedic Breeze mattresses, the TEMPUR-Cloud Luxe Breeze and TEMPUR-Contour Rhapsody Breeze, the TEMPUR-Cloud Supreme Breeze is also listed in the new Special Solutions Collection.

Published review 2/7/15 I filed a warranty after our Ca King Cloud Supreme collapsed. They approved the claim and stated I could expect my replacement 5 to 7 days after my credit card was charged for the upgrade since I did not want to take a chance on the same mattress. They charged my card and never delivered. Each time I call it is a different story. 2nd call they changed story to 7 to 14 days from charge. 3rd call, the story was it shipped on January 19th and it would be 7 to 15 business days from the 19th which was February 6th. I called on the 6th and they said they would return my call. They never do as I called 3 additional times between the last four calls and would never receive a call. I reached someone again today. The story now is it never shipped and my replacement bed is on back order and they have no idea when it will be available for shipment but they would send us a free pillow. That's what $4,457.66 plus $1,400.00 to upgrade gets you with Tempurpedic. In the mean time we are sleeping on a collapsed mattress and have to get chiropractic and massage therapy several times a month to control the pain of sleeping on This worthless mattress.

Quality:I know several people with tempurpedic mattresses they have had for years, they can last upwards of twenty years! No buyers remorse here, have and forever will love tempurpedic!
