The mattress is fine but the customer service from Haverty's and Tempurpedic has been abysmal. They are unresponsive and uncooperative, and don't even go the first mile, much less the second mile.

Tempur-Pedic has been the best mattress. I had horrible lower back problems and went to the chiropractor constantly, now life is great the only bad thing is i despise staying in a hotel or anywhere other than home on my mattress.

Was great until it started to sink in under hips now causes hip and bank pain, other than that I have one other complaint the company is giving me the runaround when I complain about it.

Mattress Comfort:
We have had our bed for several years. I have arthritis and sciatica. I am an average 67 yo female, a bit overweight. My husband is obese and also has arthritis. At first I found the bed much too firm so we purchased a separate pillow top which we used for a bit. It became too difficult for me to move on the pillow top, so we gave it to our son. It took me a good while to get used to the mattress, but I like it now. I would replace it if it hadn't cost so much!

The mattress seems to have held it's durability and firmness. There are no sunken spots even with my husband's extra weight on his side.
