The Tempur-Weightless Collection by Tempur-Pedic had only two models listed in the United States, Weightless Select and Weightless Supreme. Both of these models had a top layer of Tempur-ES memory foam and a support layer of Tempur-Float, a foam especially designed for use in this collection. Tempur-Pedic did not provide details about the composition of the Float material, but did indicate that it is resilient (but not latex).
The intent of mattresses in this series is to make these memory foam mattresses less enveloping and more supportive, appealing to consumers who don't want to feel as though they are being swallowed by their mattresses. These materials are also highly ventilated to make them cooler.
Tempur-Pedic still lists a Weightless Collection on its Canadian site. This collection has four models: TEMPUR-Gala, TEMPUR-Balance Royale, TEMPUR-Balance and TEMPUR-Revive.
Two of the Canadian Tempur-Weightless models (Gala and Balance Royale) are 12" high, and the other two (Balance and Revive) are 10" high. All four mattresses have a low Tempur-Adapt level (2 out of 8).
Tempur-Pedic does not reveal what differentiates the two 12" mattresses from each other; likewise for the 10" models. In each pair, the details listed are essentially the same. The difference could be in the relative heights of the Tempur-ES and the Tempur-Float materials, but that is just speculation on my part, based on known model pairs by other manufacturers.
The covers of all Tempur-Weightless mattresses have a non-skid bottom. This keeps both the mattress and the sheets in place. The top panels of the Gala and Balance Royale are described as Superstretch (no fiber named). The tops of the Balance and Revive are Geometric Superstretch. Sides are covered with microsuede. In the 12" mattresses this is embossed. The color of the microsuede on the Revive is ecru. The covers are removable and washable, making it easier to keep the mattress clean.
Foundations Tempur-Weightless memory foam mattresses are compatible with are platform beds, European wood slats, solid top bases, and adjustable beds. Old-style box springs are not recommended, and may hinder fulfillment of the warranty.
The warranty on a Tempur-Weightless mattress depends on whether the mattress is purchased before May 1, 2015. Those purchased before that date are covered by Tempur-Pedic for 25 years. Those bought on or after that date are warrantied for 10 years non-prorated.

the mattress turned into a hammock in less than 2 years and I was told it was warranted for 10 years and could be exchanged anytime w/I 10 years just because I wanted to doit. Now I have a real problem and they have requested pictures and more pictures and during that time I was very sick and could not even take pictures myself then 3 different times they asked for more pictures. I hired a guy to take the first ones and tried to take them with help and they would not accept them. So why this big issue if it can be returned w/I 10 year with no questions asked??? Either I was lied to or they are just trying to get out of an exchange. I have copied the local TV trouble shooter on the last email to them but I have not been well enough to contact him. WARNING: Do not believe what you are told about this Tempurpedic brand and the stores that sell it. If you need a hammock, buy one and not a Tempurpedic!!
