The Tillamook
The Tillamook is the least expensive
Parklane Mattresses offset coil model, making it more affordable than the others. At 10", it is also the lowest.
Support in
The Tillamook depends on the
innerspring core of 600+ offset coils. Offset coils were developed from the older Bonnell coils. The major difference is how the coils are linked. The open-ended heads are squared off on opposite sides, and each coil is joined to the next by a spiral wire. This joint acts like a hinge. This allows the coils to move more freely while still supporting each other. This limited freedom lets the innerspring be somewhat conforming to ease pressure. It also reduces motion transfer, which lessens disturbance by a sleeping partner's movements. Foam encasement provides edge support for this innerspring mattress.

Padding in
The Tillamook includes layers of cotton felt and plant-based foam. The 2" foam is high density. Together with the 1½" of foam quilted into the
cover, this brings the overall comfort level of the mattress from the Very Firm of the innerspring to Medium.

The Tillamook. Made from timber harvested in North American forests, these bases are reinforced with 14 closely-spaced slats (10 in Twin size), then covered with canvas.
The Tillamook has a 25-Silver
Parklane Mattresses warranty against defects in materials or manufacturing. The first ten years are fully covered with no charge for repairs or replacement. The last 15 years are prorated. The warranty is valid only with an approved foundation.
