The Ultra Luxury Collection is the highest and priciest collection of memory foam mattresses by Christeli, a bedding manufacturer in Greenville, South Carolina. The three models in the Ultra Luxury Collection are Charleston, Lux Estate, and Palais Grand Royale. The first two are 14˝" and and the last one 15˝" high. The prices, though higher than those of the rest of the Christeli mattresses, are still lower than those for comparable TEMPUR-Pedic models.
The Christeli Ultra Luxury Collection memory foam mattresses are boxtop models. The top section of each model in this collection is a European box top which is attached to the self-contained support core by the side handles. Each handle can be undone and the sections turned to change the firmness level.
Each model in the Ultra Luxury Collection has two memory foam layers in the box top. The top layer is 6-lb. Super Cool™ Memory Foam. The second layer is 5.3-lb. Super Cool™ Memory Foam. The description claims that the heavier foam contours more exactingly. This foam is ventilated for coolness.
The support unit in the Charlston is the Adjustable Firmness Ortho-Core™ Support, with 2-lb. partly soy-based polyurethane foam. One thick layer is between two thinner layers. This core can be made firmer or softer by turning.
The other two models have a Natural Latex Support System. The support core in each is about 7 to 7˝" of ventilated latex. The Palais Grand Royale adds a base of 3" of the 5.3-lb. Super Cool.
The covers of the Ultra Luxury mattresses are made of cashmere quilted with Cool Tufting fibers.
These memory foam mattresses require foundations with a flat and firm surface. This requirement is met by foundations sold by Christeli, including a steel bed foundation and three adjustable beds.
Ultra Luxury Collection models have a Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty from Christeli. There is also a 40-Night Exchange Guarantee.
