The White Diamond Series of innerspring mattresses from Spring Time Bedding has three models: White Diamond 992 (12"), White Diamond 993 (13"), and White Diamond 994 (14"). Like models in the Sarah Collection, these mattresses feature multiple layers of quilting foam and comfort foam, a tack & jump quilted stretch cover, 460-count 7-turn coils and foam encasement edge support. To these is added a half inch of memory foam for added pressure relief.
The stretch knit in the White Diamond covers is made of microfiber, a fine-filament version of polyester. The top panel of the cover is tack-and-jump quilted to two layers of high density firm foam to make the cover resilient.
Just beneath the quilted cover of a White Diamond mattress is a ½" memory foam layer. Memory foam, first developed for NSA, is conforming as well as supportive. The role of the memory foam in these models is pressure relief as this countoring material evenly distributes support along the entire length of the body.
The five-layer comfort section of White Diamond mattresses is similar to that of Sarah Collection models. The two layers at the top of this section are sustainable foam, presumably containing natural plant oils. The next two layers consist of medium-soft high-density foam. The HD foam in the bottom layer is firm. As in the other collections, the un-named foam is likely polyurethane, known for its versatility and durability.
The White Diamond Series shares the 7-turn coil innerspring with the Sarah Collection. With 460 coils in a Queen-sized mattress, the support is made smoother by an insulator pad with two layers. This pad also protects the foam.
White Diamond mattresses are encircled by foam encasement, which stabilizes the coils and provides edge support for the sleeping surface. This makes the top of the mattress 100% usable, even to the edge.
Two foundations are sold by Spring Time Bedding for use with innerspring mattresses in the White Diamond Series. These wood-framed platforms are upholstered to match the mattress model. Two sizes are available: Standard (9") and Low Profile (5").
White Diamond mattresses are covered by Spring Time Bedding's 15-year limited warranty, with the first 15 years non-prorated.
