Yarmouth Firm & Yarmouth Pillow Top
The Yarmouth Firm and Yarmouth Pillow Top are in the Soltice Sleep Products, Inc. Cottage Collection. Mattresses in this collection combine innerspring support with foam comfort layers, including Soft Loft Foam in the quilted cover.

The Yarmouth models, like six other Cottage Collection models, include Ultra Gel Quilting Foam to bring the coolness and smoothness of gel to the sleeping surface. The cover also has a fire-resist barrier for safety.

Where the Yarmouth Firm and Yarmouth Pillow Top differ is in the comfort layers. The Pillow Top is 2-3 inches thicker with softer foam (Pillowtop Soft Loft Comfort Foam). The Yarmouth Firm is 11" high and the Yarmouth Pillow Top 14".

Soltice Sleep calls the coil support in the Yarmouth mattresses the Duraspring Inneract Innerspring. These are offset alternating springs, Offset coils are hourglass shaped. The ends are flattened. Adjoining coils are tied to each other with helical wire to form a "hinge," which allows the coil array to flex and conform to the sleeper's body. "Alternating" means that in each pair of springs one turns to the right and the other to the left. This stabilizes the coils, because the tendency of a coil to lean or twist one way is countered by the next. Duraspring Inneract Innerspring is zoned for more lumbar support. This is done by making the coil density higher in the center of the mattress.

The Yarmouth Firm and Yarmouth Pillow Top are foam encased 360^o for edge support. This is to make the sleeping surface 100% usable and extend the life of the mattress.

Soltice Sleep Products recommends their all-wood foundation for use with their Cottage Collection models, such as the Yarmouth Firm and Yarmouth Pillow Top. This is to provide full support for the mattress and the sleepers.

Solstice Sleep warranties the Yarmouth Firm and Yarmouth Pillow Top mattresses for 10 years. Besides retailers in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Florida, there is at least one retailer in Georgia carrying the Yarmouth series models.
