The key to controlling the Stearns & Foster Reflexion 7 Adjustable Power Base is the Comfort Ease wireless remote. The Comfort Ease has soft touch backlit keys, easy to see and use at night. There are two pairs of rocker keys, one for raising and lowering the head and foot of the bed, the other for adjusting the intensity of the dual massage, head and foot. Then there are preset keys: FLAT for returning the bed to level with one touch, 3 select positions (INCLINE, ZERO GRAVITY and LOUNGE), FULL BODY and STOP for the massage, and 3 massage WAVE MODE keys (Wave1, Wave2, Wave3).
The Reflexion 7 is a sectional type of adjustable bed. It has five sections or modules as seen in the photos above. These plates are not hinged the same way as those of most adjustable foundations, The head of the Stearns & Foster Reflexion 7 Adjustable Power Base can be raised to 70°, 8° more with head tilt, and the foot can be raised to 45° or lowered to -40° (for the lounge position). The preset Zero Gravity position elevates the feet above the heart to reduce cardiac stress, improve circulation, and enhance breathing. It is also touted by some as relieving lower back pain. Incline raises the user into a sitting position while raising the feet slightly, a posture suitable for reading or watching TV, or working on a laptop. Lounge elevates the head and lowers the feet, a position easy to step out of and great for visiting or just relaxing.
The different massage styles are designed to tailor the massage to the needs and preferences of the individual user.
The Stearns and Foster Reflexion 7 Adjustable Power Base is available in Twin XL, Full, Queen, and Split California King (single control) and Dual King and Cal. King (dual - separate - controls). It carries a 25-year premium warranty.
