Genesis Performance Sleep Solutions

Genesis Performance Sleep Solutions is a brand or series of hardside waterbeds made by InnoMax. There are six Genesis models: Genesis 400 ST, Genesis 500 ST, Genesis 600 SL, Genesis 700 SL, Genesis 800 DX, and Genesis 900 DXF.

Typical of hardside waterbed mattresses, each of these models is 9" high, a depth determined by the standard hardside wood frame. They range from reduced flow to maximum waveless. The model names on Amazon are more revealing, including these phrases: Gentle Wave, Reduced Motion, Balanced Motion, Semi Waveless, Ultra Waveless, and Super Waveless...Sponge.

The degree of wave flow for each model is primarily determined by the number of wave-control fiber layers. They are, as follows:
400 ST -- 2 (1 + body support)
500 ST -- 3 (2 + body support)
600 SL -- 7 (6 + mid-body support)
700 SL -- 8 (7 + mid-body support)
800 DX -- 10 (9 + mid-body support)
900 DXF - 11 (12 + mid-body support)
Note: the mid-body support in 600 SL and up is thicker than the body support in 400 ST and 500 ST.

As to the letters in the model names, ST models have T-Seam construction. SL and DX models have L-Seam construction. The two DX models have a molded top with a conch shell design.

The support systems in these water mattresses are anchored by 4-way hook-and-eye tethers.

The InnoMax Genesis line of waterbeds is available not only at waterbed stores, but also through a number of online retailers. a few of these are Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and The Waterbed Doctor. Genesis Performance Sleep Solutions waterbeds are covered by InnoMax with a 20-year limited warranty.
