Aloe Vera
The Aloe Vera is one of two models in the Specialty Bedding collection by Paramount Mattress, Inc.
This model derives its name from the "Aloe Vera Stretch Knit fabric" in the cover. Aloe vera juice and gel have been used for generations both internally and externally for its health benefits. For example, many people will pinch off the tip of an aloe vera leaf and apply the gel/juice to a burn. The aloe vera gel hastens healing by cleaning out the burn or wound then stimulating skin cell growth. Paramount Mattress does not say whether the "Aloe Vera Stretch Knit fabric" contains aloe vera fibers, gel, or both.

The Specialty Bedding Aloe Vera is an innerspring mattress. The high profile springs, made by Leggett & Platt, are foam encased. The foam encasement provides both perimeter support for the coil unit and edge support for the whole mattress, including the sleeping surface.

The Aloe Vera is a Eurotop model. This means that the top comfort layer is made like a topper and fitted to the mattress with a box-like edge. This edge is united with the side cover of the mattress to form a continuous side with a seam, as shown in the photo. The aloe vera stretch knit cover is quilted with super soft foam and dacron fill fibers. Then the Euro top is filled with HD memory foam. The memory foam cushions the firm support of the innersprings by conforming to the shape of the sleeper's body. This is to reduce pressure points by supporting the entire body evenly.

The comfort layer between the Euro top and the innerspring coil unit of the Aloe Vera mattress is HD Supersoft foam. This along with the Euro top moderates the firm support of the innerspring. This way, the sleeper does not feel each individual spring.

The Specialty Bedding Aloe Vera mattress by Paramount Mattress, Inc. carries a 20-year prorated warranty against manufacturing defects.
