The name InnoMax is a coined word meaning "maximum innovation." They are a manufacturer of sleep products, especially mattresses. To complete their sleep products offerings, they also distribute products of other manufactures, for instance bedroom furniture by Oak Land Furniture, waterbed conditioner by Boyd Group company Blue Magic, and adjustable beds by Leggett & Platt.
InnoMax Corporation is best known for its waterbeds, both softside and hardside. They entered this market segment early and are still a major player. Other beds by InnoMax include airbeds, latex mattresses, memory foam mattresses, and pocket coil innerspring mattresses. They also make mattress toppers, mattress pads and pillows.
Unlike Boyd Specialty Sleep, which began with waterbeds, InnoMax's first product was airbeds. The company was first known as Rocky Mountain Inflate-A-Bed.
InnoMax is a vertically integrated company. They make most of their own components, including air pumps and water bladders.
InnoMax has its own retail stores in the Denver area, but they distribute to in-store and online retailers nationwide and internationally.
InnoMax has several brands, including Comfort Craft®, Convert-A-Bed®, Genesis®, The Linen Resource™, Luxury Support®, Natural Reserve™, and Sanctuary™. They also produce products for other firms.
InnoMax has a continent-wide footprint with production and distribution facilities in Colorado, Wisconsin, Florida and California.
